The portal "Sardinia for all" was developed accordingly to the usability standards and taking into account the criterias
facilitating navigation for people with disabilities.
The website meets the guidelines for contents accessibility (WCAG 1.0) of the
WAI-W3C (Web Accessibility Initiative). Except from errors or omissions, on which the Social Coop. La Peonia ONLUS will promptly intervene, the utmost care was placed to ensure that the pages are in compliance with the technical requirements set out in italian Ministerial Decree implementing the Stanca Law (Law 4 / 2004).
Although optimized for a standard resolution of 1024x768 pixels, this site takes a "liquid" layout, that automatically adapts to the size of the window of the browser in use. Users with large monitors can display more content while users with smaller monitors can always navigate without the use of the horizontal scrollbar.
Thanks to the use of specific style sheets, all the pages of the website are printable in a clear and legible way.
You can surf the website with browsers that do not use style sheets (CSS) and Javascript.
In order to navigate more easily through the portal "Sardinia for all" you can use the Access keys listed below.

In the absence of specific captions all graphical objects are supported by alternative text (ALT attribute) that describes the content; the inclusion of animated images has been avoided.
The font size has been achieved through the use of relative fonts size, in order to allow the user to select the preferred size, exploiting the special features of graphic browsers.
The pages of the website, as easily verifiable due to the presence of links placed at the bottom left of the pages, were developed in accordance with the standards of HTML 4.01 language and CSS 2 specifications (style sheets) of the W3C.
