Thanks to the mild climate, unspoilt landscapes, the purity of the waters, to the historical and archaeological interest of so many places, Sardinia annually attracts a huge number of visitors.
The tourist areas of the north-western side of the island as Alghero and the Riviera del Corallo, Porto Torres and Asinara,
Stintino, Castelsardo, Valledoria, and Isola Rossa are famous worldwide.
Everywhere along the coast but also inland, there are facilities suitable for the disabled and other customers with special needs,
from small and friendly Bed and Breakfasts to exclusive 5 star hotels.
Sardinia, and in particular its north-western side, is easily reachable from all over Europe thanks to two international airports (Alghero and Olbia-Fertilia) and two ports (Porto Torres and Olbia). National and international transport companies offer daily links and there are many charter flights during the summer.
